so glad that I felt like a bloody fish in a pool of sharks the whole time and then got catcalled after the show : ) can we be normal? where did concert etiquette disappear to? also I'm no longer taking covid lockdown as an excuse for the lack of it! I learned etiquette by reading the fucking room and yall need to figure out how to do the same at this point!! I should not have to babysit a grown man and pick him up off the floor every 3 mins bc he got too drunk and refuses to stop moshing. If you wanna talk to me, fucking talk to me and don't stare at me from your peripheral like I can't tell and follow me around even when I move spaces in the crowd. People fart, grow up (one girl was holding her nose and I thought she broke it so I asked if she was okay and she said no and I asked what happened and she said "someone farted, it smells"... bro i was prepping to escort you to a medic). Targeting and tackling the smallest person in the pit does not prove you are tough or strong, it just makes you an ass. Also the pit is there for a reason? There were two dudes who wanted to mosh but not in the pit and I can only guess it was to bother everyone around them who chose to stand elsewhere. Just fucking let people through, literally elbowing one girl back while she's trying to get to her friend just to gatekeep the foot of space in front of you (while you're in the back of the crowd btw, and in between sets) is fucking stupid. I cannot imagine being a band who plays states like Texas and wherever the fuck else has crowds who dance and sing along and participate, just to play an Ohio date and have zero energy to feed off of. You are cringe if you think you're above showing interest in things.
