I used to work a job that had gave me lot of upper body strength, and I’ve really been noticing how much muscle I’ve lost in the past year. Even the otherwise-healthy older women in my family have struggled to retain muscle as they age, and I know if I don’t regain + maintain muscle now I’m gonna have problems down the road in perimenopause and beyond.
