As 2022 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year and express appreciation to the artists, curators, art professionals, and collectors we work with and all those who value a visual arts legacy. During the past year, we have continued to publish, share, and preserve the life and work of diverse and dedicated visual artists in partnership with esteemed art historians. Providing access to the widest audience, including underserved communities, is a core principle of our mission in addition to: the First Artist Book series that awards a multicultural, emerging and often underrepresented artist the opportunity of a first publication. book donations to underserved public schools and libraries locally and across the country where budgets for arts education are severely lacking. book donations to veterans’ facilities and prisons that not only offer exposure and inspiration to artist practices but also assist with PTSD and other trauma-induced conditions through art therapy. public programs that include artists’ talks, opening receptions, and book signings that are free and open to the greater community!
