so everyone people meet Weritas Man (as best I can find it's a phonetic spelling of the word veritas as said in roman latin) in the words of his insane author:

now you may have some questions like is that a real tribe? why's his costume so "expensice"? I’ve had some caffeine, was the first thing I did as it usually helps, no luck this time though. Sleep is evading me at the moment.

I’ve been nauseous but it’s faded a bit over past 2 (?) hours.

Push fluids. Gatorade is good as it replenishes electrolytes. Or buy one of those hangover things you mix into drinks. Eat also, if you haven't today. I know sleep may be hard but try your best. Light is your enemy, especially blue light from devices.

If you feel like you are about to throw up, go ahead. Often, when I get bad nausea with a headache, and I know im gonna throw up anyways, I go ahead, and it helps the pain. Keep in mind im a stranger on the internet, so maybe that last bit only works for me. I wouldn't medically advise throwing up unless you already know you are going to. Don't do it just because I said so.
