Southern Snow Pack are quiet wolves, and they prioritize knowledge over battle. Their fur is dense from living in constantly snowy hills. Since they have to wade and chase through thick snow, their legs are strong and thick and their paws wide to keep them from going too deep into the drifts.
Knowledge is a powerful support column of their beliefs. They believe the land can teach them and the Aurora Borealis is a great Sky Library. This knowledge is stored within carvings on the walls of the Vault cavern.
And so the snow remembered them.
