yes very very popular among women particularly. i only read criticisms for the last episode's writing from them, but besides that, it's trending there all the time and the ratings are excellent. heo nam jun also has seriously blown up over there as well which is deserved.

from whatever i personally saw there was nothing controversial about the plot so they must have changed a lot from the webtoon. it was more like taxi driver and sky castle combined together. def worth a watch imo.

am i picky? yes because we've had 11 great episodes but also 1 bad episode doesn't mean we have a hopeless situation here or anything. most of my fave dramas have had 1-2 bad episodes in their run but maybe a singular big flaw of the drama i am sensing is that seori and segye both should've been made a taddddd bit meaner and smarter atp since you know, they're supposed to be better than their joseon versions' fate.
