Something horrible happened to me. I have been getting flashbacks every hour of the day and they are worse at night. I can't turn my wrist through about 60% of its range without my pinky going numb and instigating flashbacks. I can't look at it touch my arm without getting flashbacks. I have frostbite and i have walked in weeks. I'm going through a lot and having a really hard time at this point
