hanamiya who can't stand him yet respects him all the same, not in spite of it but maybe because of it

imayoshi who has the worst things to say about hanamiya like he does with no one else, and that's exactly what he likes about him: because unlike the rest of the rotten, he doesn't have to waste time suspecting, he already knows

they're going to their classmate's maid cafés during their school's cultural festival

they're organizing the basketball club's pancakes stand (they look like basketballs) (imayoshi's suggestion) (hanamiya wants to strangle him)

they're winning points for their team during the sports festival

they're not crying when their team loses (they are)

they're eating lunch together at the rooftop again and using basketball duties as an excuse to feel less awkward (hanamiya does. imayoshi doesn't find the need)
