I came here for some advice. You see, I just posted an AO3 story on my profile and received a hate comment.

It's probably a bot, or maybe it's a real person. I'm ruling it out because the comment is in English and I write in Spanish, but oh well.

What should I do about the comment? I'm asking you because you also post about AO3 and I didn't know who else to ask :(

I’ve received bot comments before but none of them have been hateful so far—usually just putting a random link in my comments. But I imagine it’s either a bot or somebody with no soul or joy trying to ragebait to fill the massive gaping hole in their life.

As far as I know you can delete comments! Unsure if you can block specific commenters, but you should be able to remove the mean stuff from your fic (which is probably lovely).

The colours are still a bit rough, but I just HAD to draw my fav scene from your fic 🩵 ❤️ the blue butterfly haori just WOULDN’T leave my head (and ofc kyo catching hakuji in his arms was just too adorable)

Anyways here’s some human disguise Hakuji! I really loved your first description of how he “borrowed” different human aspects from shinobu, aoi and kyo, it was a really creative way to describe something as simple as black hair

YES HELLO!! It has been such a chaotic few weeks!! I went from thinking I'd have plenty of writing time to barely having any free time. Lots of last minute travel and family plans will do that to a girl. I'm so sorry to leave you and everybody else hanging! I do plan to continue this fic and am about halfway done with chapter 3. I'm going to try and prioritize it as much as I can over the next few days and hopefully get it posted!

It's well written, structured, and narrated in a way that draws you into the story. Congratulations! You managed to create something beautiful! Keep it up! :)

Summary:

He curls his arms around Jayce’s neck, selfishly drawing him closer and grabbing great handfuls of his tattered tailcoat. The pressure around his ribs is grounding. It pulls him back from that ledge, back into his body, back into Jayce’s.

Hi!! All my work is posted on Ao3 as CapoBeGone! I have two other Jayvik works up already (one which is on temporary hiatus while I figure out how to write the rest lol) as well as some older works from other fandoms <3
