Big changes involve breaking of habits, routines, and often require lots of work. These things all go against security, familiarity, and the comfort of knowing. Dont get discouraged. I'm feeling pretty lost these days. Some days are much harder then others. I'm all in my feelinfa because of life all around me. So much hate and sadness and no matter what, we all have to anipe and just act like we are happy and good. Well I'm.not very.good at that so sometimes I just stay home and focus on me.
