Shiro

• The black lion moving away from it’s bond with Shiro almost immediately proves that he was a pawn to Voltron, too.

• The Garrison were using Shiro as a pawn when he was their poster boy. He was the inspiration to convince young men and women to join the air force.

• He was CLONED to be used as a pawn.

• The black lion kept him for the purpose of ratting out that clone.

Shiro is so godamn tired of serving one, and the same purpose to every institution he’s even been to, and colleagues he’s ever met.

Matt: “heahha Adam’s apple”

Shiro, from across the room: “please go to a galaxy where that’s funny”

Matt: “noooooo you guys love it when I’m here”

Shiro: “I’m gonna turn this planet into the funnest place in the galaxy!” *looks at Allura* “That’s right, I said funnest.” *starts dancing*

Allura: “Stop dancing.”

Shiro, dancing slower: “…”

Allura: “Stop. Dancing.”

Shiro, dancing only with his shoulders: “…”

Allura: “This is a direct order, Stop dancing.”

How are we expecting Shiro to just be there and take it. Was he js standing there like “yes no I completely forgive you for trapping me in a holding cell for a year, forcing me to fight and taking my arm. That’s okay! We’re 100% chill!!”
