I recently got back ro LA from visiting my family back home and I still have a bad case of jet lag. This is why I don’t do the trip very often. Anyone have any tips for dealing with jet lag? Oh…I should also introduce myself. I’m Brett.

Advice for jet lag? Well, Brett. The only things I can really suggest is a good night sleep, maybe even an afternoon nap, and I highly recommend staying from coffee. I know that it is good and amazing, but it’s not your friend in this sort of scenario. I might not be a doctor but I, Caity, have dealt with this sort of situation on multiple occassion.

Joe: Soooo, I need someone to come to Vegas with me soon! You know, to be a good influence and shit.

Joe: The Jonas Brothers residency starting next month and seriously, I need someone to provide me with adult supervision. I think Kevin is tired of always being the designated adult, lmao.

Caity: I do not think you want me to come with you to Vegas. I am far from a good influence... I'd have your gambling and drinking in no time.

Hey, listen, I’m working on that album, it’s coming. I just want it to be perfect. I miss touring and all that shit a lot, but I want it to be perfect because I want you guys to really enjoy it and relate to it. But damn, thank you, that means a lot to me. Right? It’s interesting but I mean, let’s be honest, attraction based on physical looks has something to do with who you date. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that really. 

I understand that you want to make it perfect, but it’s been so long and I’m desperate for new music. I, however, will try to be patient with you and just use your other songs to just help fill that hole in my heart. Anytime love, you really do deserve all the compliments in the world. It really is interested, but attraction isn’t all just the personality. It might be for me, but physical appearance is still an important factor. Like, I would like someone who keeps up with themselves. Not being able to see that is a total no go for me.

Lately, I’ve had a lot going on in my life. Filming, press tours, things of the sort but my favorite part of it all? The Sassenach whiskey that I was part of making is now out in the world! If you’ve never heard of it, shame on you, but I guess I’ll forgive you. Also, if you’re into keeping your body and soul healthy you should join My Peak Challenge! I can’t say I have ever tried or heard of that before, but I have had whiskey and I must say that all whiskey is great whiskey as long as it can get you drunk. Your peak challenge? Well, you see--- I totally would because I am sure that it is amazing and I love meeting new people, but there is a little issue. I might look lie an active person, but I’m really not. It’s really only rare that I decide to go to the gym, so I don’t think I would be a good fit. We can still be friends though, because I said I would totally be down for that. It’s nice to meet you Sam, I’m Caity. Let’s be friends.

I love people who you hang out with in silence. Both of us do our own thing and occasionally you show the other something dumb on your mobile. There’re snacks and drinks, and maybe a movie on the background to pretend you are actually watching something. That’s freaking beautiful, man. After a long day of hard work, I don’t want to chat 24/7, but I still want my friends around. Anyone else super anti-social? I realise the older I get, the more rest I need.

Honestly, as much as I love to hang out with my friends and be utter goof balls I live for those moments when we can just hang out in complete silence. I like to really think that the friends who are able to sit with you in complete and total silence are the ones that are worth keeping around. I feel you though, after a long hard day I don’t want to go out and have fun... sometimes I just want to chill in my sweats and do nothing but look up funny dog pictures. Does that make me anti-social? Probably, but I don’t really mind.

They are quite creepy in general, aren’t they? I guess I just made it worse in a lot of ways, though you can’t entirely blame me for that when they had their own creep factor. Aw, thank you! That’s nice of you to say. I know it was a lot of fun when there are few characters like that. And nice! Though you know I’m going to ask…which ones do you like best? Putting aside that your new bestie is in one of them.

They are pretty creepy, but I think the whole movie business just made them seem a lot more scarier than they really are. You definitely did add to the scare factor, especially that face. Like, jesus. That creepy little face that you can for it, it’s creepy. I hate to say this, because trust me I really like yours, but the original one just hits a whole lot harder these days. I don’t know what it is about it, but it really gets under my skin. Like I said though, both of yours were really good.

I don’t know but I think fate has finally brought us together! Beezlee? I’m already head over heels for him. Her name is Scout! She’s curious, adventurous, super cuddly and a total sass queen. She doesn’t walk, she prances — my girl is a princess. What can I say? She gets it from me.

I agree and normally I don’t like to mess around with fate, but I am really glad that it decided to push us together. Honestly? Not only does she sound like incredibly precious, but she also sounds like the perfect match for the spoiled rotten king himself.... just saying. Like, if you ever want to do like a play date with the two of them I would totally be up for that with wine on standbye.

It’s nice to see the groovy lady is greeting me first, hello. I should still be in hiding but I do love winter. I had to come out and see my favorite blonde. I do actually, give me the 411. That’s still what the kids say, isn’t it? I feel like I really was in a cave. Tell me everything.

Someone had to greet you and it might as well be a familiar face rather than some stranger who didn’t know your grumpy self. You’re favorite blonde? Wow, does that mean I can finally be apart of the cool kids now? Well, to be honest I don’t know much. I haven’t been keeping well up to date with everything, I was just saying that to be funny, You know me, I don’t really focus on much. I did direct an episode of our show though, that’s new.

Aw, you’re sweet! I like to think I’m a good example, it’s tough to be a confident woman in this world – and in this industry, especially. People are always trying to put us down. It’s this reality show/dating show where people meet, but they can’t see each other. They actually just had their finale the other day and apparently it’s wild. I mean, predictably reality show wild, but still.

I don’t think, I know that you have and still are creating a great example for women all over the globe including myself. I mean sure,  I may still be salty over a new album not being released, but you are doing great things for women and our evolution and that totally makes up for. Wow, that’s somewhat an interesting concept for a reality dating show. Although, I love the concept of personality over looks, not a big fan of not being able to see my date. I would hate for them to find out later on that I eat my spaghetti like Kate from Lizzie McGuire.

I don’t know if you can quit worrying.  We put out music and worry constantly.  We create it, and we love it, but you never know how it goes, and it’s natural.  It’s like saying please love my child - and me too.  I’m sure it will be great.  I didn’t know you directed, but I’m behind in everything.  I’ll be happy to check it out and love it if that helps. 

I understand what you are saying and normally I am not really much of a worrier, but this just getting under my thick skin. It was and still is my child and I just want people, fans or not, to if not love it then just simply appreciate the time I dedicated to it because it was not easy. I don’t actually direct, they had just asked me if I was interested in doing so, but it would really mean a lot to me if I got some feedback. The people that I had do that said it was great, but it never hurts to like hear more people say they like it.

I have no doubt that I’m right.  You’ll see.  Oh gosh, both songs are amazing.  I’m more of a Queen or Christina Aguilera karaoke person though.  

I like your confidence. Spare to share some with me? Any Christina Aguilera song is such a good karaoke song. If I had to pick one of her songs, I’d have to go with Beautiful just because of Mean Girls. 

It was so good! I just did it so it’s okay if you missed it. You got busy doing yours and I was to busy to doing mine to tell. But I’m excited and so nervous for it. I mean I never done it before!

What are you saying? It is definitely not okay that I missed out and now not only do I feel incredibly proud of you but I feel bad that I missed yours. I was the same way though, nervous and excited, but it was so much. I now demand a cross over between just Legends and Supergirl so that me and you can direct an episode together.
