i realized i never shared the second fic in my cyberpunk bodyswap series on tumblr, but since i'm adding a new fic to the series today, i thought i'd make a megapost for it. and in a stroke of serendipity, it's also now pride month in the us! 🌈

Viktor Vektor’s day began with a baffling voicemail from a North Oak number. Despite his better judgment, he followed it to discover V and Silverhand, both alive and lying in a rockstar’s living room, wearing each other’s faces. Weirdly, that wasn’t the hardest part to process. The fact that their illustrious superstar host, Kerry Eurodyne, who sold out world tours in microseconds and owned property on all eight continents, kept flirting with him—that’s what he found a bit unbelievable.

Down an arm, shitting out cryogoo, and trapped in Johnny Silverhand’s defrosting corpse, V was not having a good time. Johnny woulda called her ungrateful, but since he was similarly stuck in her old body and making it everyone else’s problem, V didn’t think he had much room to criticize. It beat dying a slow, six-month death to Relic cancer, but still—this was going to be a long few weeks.
