Ingredients: Baby Kale, Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Quaker Oats, Flax Seed, Chia Seed, Frozen Mango, and Frozen Pineapple.

  Hand full of Baby Kale

1 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1/3 cup of Oats

1 Tbsp of Flaxseed

1 tsp of Chia Seed

1/3 of Frozen Mango

1/3 of Frozen Pineapple

3 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients in a blender (the blender I used is called the Ninja Blender). Once it’s all blended you have a rich, creamy, dreamy, frozen drink that will make you feel like you are on vacation.
