I am still dealing with the fallout from my mother's death months ago. And in spite of everything, I'm still trying to process it all.

I would have sent this to Frank Warren of Post Secret, but realized no one would ever see it there, or anywhere.

Let's understand something: under DOT regulations, a freight broker is REQUIRED to know what a carrier's CSA score is, (and, yes, it's available from the DOT), and required to only hire a SAFE carrier. If the CSA score it too high, then the company must pass.

Further, if a driver reports during a check call they can't continue, the carrier is required to make other arrangements and turn the load. Robinson didn't do that, and it's costing them.
