Well, i know the one with the strange bloom to be an Orbea. Couldnt tell from your description if you knew this already, so I'm putting it out there, since i love Orbea plants.

The first one I know is a Heurnia zebrina based on bloom and the second one I will probably not know until it does flower. Could very well be an Orbea though idk it is very sun stressed right now and growing kinda wonky
