Neo is a very new-to-service passenger plane, still very much learning the ropes. Cheery and a bit awkward, he was the only A320-NEO variant at his flight school — earning him the nickname ‘Neo’.

Unfortunately for him, his fleet (as well as nearly every plane in the entire world) is grounded as soon as he finishes his first ever passenger flight. Stuck in New York, he’s forced to share a hangar with a grumpy old cargo-hauling 747 named Clipper.

Clipper is a former passenger plane, previously flying for KLM before he was retired and sold to Atlas Air. After being purchased, he was converted to a cargo carrier and stripped of any passenger fittings. The only evidence of his past career is a scratch exposing his previous livery’s color on his left arm.

Unfortunately, Clipper finds being a cargo plane incredibly boring and dearly misses flying passengers, resulting in his seemingly constant irritability — though some speculate there’s more to it than just that, as the details of his retirement are unknown.
