"So, are ya gonna tell her who we are now, Papa?", asks Belle.

Her eyes filled with tears “Ah… Ah Always wanted to meet you two. Ever since she told me about ya”

“‘She’? Oh, ya mean Alexis, Mama?”, Asks Jacques.

"No I mean Lara son. "

"Ah, alright." They hadn't remembered Lara making any trips to the past lately, but, who knows when that could have been? But, anyway, both Jacques and Belle go over to hug her, smiling.

"So, are ya gonna tell her who we are now, Papa?", asks Belle.

Her eyes filled with tears “Ah… Ah Always wanted to meet you two. Ever since she told me about ya”

"'She'? Oh, ya mean Alexis, Mama?", Asks Jacques.

  Jacques nods. “O’ course we have, Mon Ami. Though, Alexis could probably explain it alot better than me.”

Alexis nodded when Jacques said she’d be better suited to explain the situation. “Currently our plan is to attack King Shadow’s main supporters The Dark Presence, weakening his hold over the populous and reducing his resources. Once the Dark Presence is out of the way we can strike at our main target.”

"The Dark Presence won’t prove as difficult as what lies ahead, I can already assume that much. So how exactly are we going about attacking the ‘main target’?"

"Ah'll let 'er explain that, too."

Father-Son chat

Antoine nodded. “Well, is much ze same here, after all. Even in moments of relative quiet like zis we can not be resting. Zere is no telling what Eggman will be doing. And now I hear another threat has been rearing its ugly head.”

Jacques raises an eyebrow. “Really? An’, what sorta threat would that be?”

"You are familiar with ze anti-verse, or Moebius as it were, oui? Apparently King Maxx has eyes on zis world."

Antoine couldn’t help but smile at Belle’s appearance and how quickly she shut up Jacques. “Ma fille, I presume?” he asked with a smile.

She looks over at Antoine, and smiles warmly. "Ya presume correct, Mon Pere~" She goes over, and, gives him a hug. Or, as much of one as she can give with a cannon arm.

Father-Son chat

Jacques wasn’t quite sure what to say either. There was something he wanted to tell his father, but, not today. Not on the day of he and his sister’s birth in this zone. So, he decides to try and make small talk. “So…How have you an’ Mama been doin’ lately, Papa?”

"Quoi?" Antoine said, suddenly sitting up, not quite getting the question at first. After reasoning it out in his head, he smiled a bit. "Oh, quite well," he said. "I…was going away for a few weeks and we got separated in that time, but otherwise, we have never been better."

"Ah, that’s good." He smiles. "Belle an’ Ah have been sorta busy too, helpin’ Alexis wit’ tha Dark Presence, an’ such. Even in a world like ours, shindigs like that are pretty nice." Speaking of Belle, he was half-expecting his twin sister to pop out of a warp ring, and, beat him with her cannon arm for not bringing her along.
