When you see ICE in action, start recording. Be as loud and as disruptive as possible: honk your horn, set off your car alarm, blow your whistle. Let people know that ICE is in the area. If you see someone being detained, try to get their name and a phone number to call their emergency contact.
If you do not feel comfortable observing ICE in person, there are ways you can support from home. Just ask the people who are organizing in your area. I have social anxiety, and I had never participated in any kind of political action before this past Saturday. If I can do it, you can!

People talk like Dennis is obsessed with Dee and clingy while she just finds him annoying, but that misses how intensely mutual their fixation is. Dee is just as emotionally entangled with him; she just hides it better. She treats him like a parent figure the same way he acts like she's his mom: she brings men around specifically to get a reaction, she wants his approval or disapproval, and she lets him micromanage her body and appearance. All of that is about securing his attention. The way he gets jealous when she puts her attention elsewhere is what she does as well she just hides it better. She is every bit as dependent on him as he is on her; the difference is that her obsession is coded as āannoyanceā and ābickering,ā while his reads as overtly possessive.
