Yet another day of getting a new follower on my sideblog, checking their profile, and finding myself in their DNI.

I have had so many emotional ups and downs today I may need to eep loudly at the blackberries I cannot reach.

If I'd had less physical ups and downs as well I'd probably just climb up the wall to get them.

Wondered what was knocking things over and making noise in my room and turned my torch on to see a very big grasshopper. Slightly tempted to draw it but I'm too tired tonight.

Found a second one (or the first one returned?) and evicted it too. It tried to bite me on the way to the door and I gloated at it that I was a step ahead because I'd put a glove on. Still impressive bite strength, felt it pinch through the fabric.

Jiri: Just took a personality test and got an A+.

So If I'm correct in my grasshopper researching spree, this is a Tettigonia viridissima, which makes it mostly carnivorous, which means it ate my plant for the love of the game. Truly a criminal.
