I just discovered something that I can’t believe I haven’t noticed earlier. Although to be fair I haven’t seen anyone else talk about it, maybe it’s just so well known.
I was reading a little about Gail Carson Levine (author of the Fairy Dust trilogy aka the first Disney Fairies books for those who don’t know), and apparently her older sister (who is a painter btw) shares the same name as Rani.

The 2nd wl3 is over, the story didn’t really take place anywhere other than the practice room so I guess they couldn’t really have the cards in any other locations (I…might have a few ideas though…)

If you have the time for it and if you're good with people I would really recommend it, it's a pretty fun experience (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) especially when it's about a topic you're passionate about
God there is such a contrast with the new wl3 set, like…the trained cards look so good but then the untrained cards are soo incredibly underwhelming 😭😭 like with the first set we atleast got to see the characters interacting and actually reacting to the what’s happening and stuff but now each card is just…character standing in a room 🧍♀️I haven’t read the story yet (obviously) but like did they all have to be standing in a room and doing a pose??
Could we have gotten at least one more card in the tree sekai Q-Q
The thing is, I don’t even really think they look bad, and we could’ve kept at least one of them. But having them all together like *that* just makes the set so uninteresting. I would have liked a bit more variety in scenery and stuff.
Anyways, I ofc think the trained versions look very cool! I didn’t notice the chairs were the same ones as in the other cards, I really like what they did with that. And ofc all the different details on the chairs based on the character/unit. I do really wonder what those flowers represent 🤔
Once I read the story and actually see what they do in it, I’ll probably update my opinion and see if there’s any other scenes they could have made cards of, or if the untraineds work as they are.

So... watching Eurovision every year is a tradition in my family. I haven't watched properly since 2018, and I definitely had no interest in watching now for...various reasons. My mom and brother still wanted to watch, despite also being incredibly against uhh...a certain country competing. Anyways we had people over for the finale, so I decided to watch with them and DUDE.
I've never been so stressed in my entire life...
