In general, I think most light fairies would have electric or fire pokemon (reasoning for fire is because light can turn hot and literally burn- like Rosetta's hair...rip), which is why most of these pokémon are. Besides Sunkern who is a grass type, mainly because he replicates Iridessa's whole wardrobe based on sunflowers. And for Dedenne who is a dual electric/fairy type, it's because I think fairy type in general applies to almost every fairy Talent no matter what.

These pokémon I ofc based on Iridessa's personality too. I feel she would want to keep Torchic and Dedenne out of trouble like how she tries to keep her friends also out of trouble because lore wise these pokémon are clumsy and sneaky. Sunkern is anxious and resourceful like Iridessa. Ninetales is very intelligent just like her trainer, and Raichu is the laid-back, cheerful pokémon her trainer needs to calm down.

Articuno - because Moltres (who i said Clarion would have as a trainer) is its counterpart. It is also a dual ice/flying type.

Lapras- A water/ice dual type. Also can help transport Milori to different places.

Swanna - water/flying dual type. I feel like she reminds him of Clarion and how elegant she is.

Cresselia - she also leaves a bright trail of light and sparkles, she literally glows like Clarion.

Diancie - literal pokémon royalty

Moltres - because I notice all powerful characters in every series seems to have a Phoenix type bird (Dumbledore, Princess Celestia) and Clarion would also be one of them. Along with the fact that Phoenixs can be reborn; living long lives and such like Clarion.

Why I chose Abomasnow: he's a dual type with ice, and reminds me of the yetis 😂.

Reasons why I chose Growlithe-hisui: it's a dual type with fire, and knowing North's fiery personality and yet warm and cozy vibe it just fits him. Plus, the dog is red with black patterns like North's attire and looks like he has a snowy white beard 😂.

Why I thought of Beartic: he is an ice type pokemon who lives in the arctic as well as North. Plus, Beartic are very protective and parental to their cubs, just like North is with Jack.

With Aurorus: just like how North has the power of the aurora borealis she too can also make them. She's a dual type paired with ice and also quiet, but can turn rageful like North.

Why I chose Wyrdeer: self explanatory, he is based off of a deer- and because he is a dual normal/psychic type, I feel it shows how North is both human and also a spirit/guardian. Plus it's weakness is to dark type Pokémon so... I'm totally not hinting at anything about Pitch's Pokémon line up.

The reasoning for Lunatone: because in lore it was from space and crash landed on Earth (cosmic link). Their powers fluctuate with the Moon's cycles and gets power from moonlight (and bro ofc looks like the moon 💀). Also because it is a psychic (has mental and telekinetic powers) like MiM.

Why I chose Lunala: because she is a psychic also. She ofc absorbs light and makes wormholes (i just remembered the movie has wormholes).

And then there is Jirachi: it is also a space-related pokemon and is connected to comets (and bro looks like a star lol). In lore it also has wish-granting abilites, and due to MiM having the power to bring Jack to life, that just feels similar to the general idea of wishes. And ofc it is a psychic type.

I like how the concept ideas made Pitch look kind of- should I say pitiful and right? He has way more emotion in this and suggests something sort of dark about the guardians (which i do agree some of the guardians r a bit ignorant)- and he clocked Jack's amnesia!

I began to wonder what plot they could possibly write up if they did a reboot and remembered all the shorts they made (THERES A LOT), along with the Bake-off short where they set it up like a mock reality show/mockumentary. I'd think it'd be cute they did a little day-in-a-life mini series of shenanigans and chaos that happens in Pixie Hollow, not only showing Tinkerbell's adventures but others.
