- Just a survey, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in offering feedback/reading my newest writing project I will be posting on AO3. It’s original fiction, but I like publishing free and I loved having feedback, so any and all is appreciated.

this blog from this point on will be 100% inactive. My focus has shifted off of writing, but I’ll continue to leave it up if you want to sift through old posts, one shots, and good memories. I took that ask as an opportunity to express that my novels were fiction, stories about people that I hoped to explore. I wish nothing but peaceful, healthy relationships for every single one of you. I hope my writing has helped you rather than hurt you. That is all I wanted.

I would say that its less of an “accusation” and more of a literary viewpoint of the novel. If that’s how you responded to the character, then that’s how you see him, and that’s absolutely fine.

I tried to write from the depths of my own experience and emotion, and most importantly, I tried to write with empathy and without judgment. There is no sliding scale of right and wrong, good and bad. There are people who make decisions that affect others, and that is the novel that I tried to write.

I do not in any way condone abuse in any form. I do not condone emotional manipulation of relationships in any way, and I never intended for it to be seen that way. There is a reason that Marco leaves his relationship. Wisteria is absolutely by no means the portrait of a healthy, perfect relationship.

in the Original Fiction version of Wisteria, Jean's name was changed to Isaac Eckhart.

Eckhart, a German surname, translates down to "eck" meaning "edge" and "hard" meaning hard, brave or strong. The name could connote someone with a "hard edge" to the way they conduct themselves, but also points towards someone possessing great courage.
