I have OCD, but not the OCD you see on tv or hear about in magazines. This is a prime example. I do nails. I absolutely love it. It’s therapeutic and so fulfilling. But that doesn’t stop the intrusive thoughts telling me my work isn’t good. Telling me my nails *just* aren’t right. In 24 hours my nails went from the 3rd picture to the first picture. I could not stop obsessing until the looked right. I annoyed my wife I’m the process. It may not be a big deal, but I legitimately could not think about anything other than making them look right.
