After a rough and weary 2016, I made a commitment in January 2017 that I would do whatever it took to allow God to restore those areas in my life that had been affected by my brokenness. I found myself in a place that I never believed I could exist in; isolated, confused and questioning my faith. This scripture became my life verse for 2017. I learned to trust in the Lord with everything I had. In my moments of fighting to get back on my feet I had to trust the Lord would carry me through and allow him to renew my strength. It was a humbling process this year but what I have gained through this journey is more than I could ever expect. No season is a wasted season. As painful and lonely as it was I’m grateful to be standing on the other side knowing that I’m at a place that only the Love and Grace of my savior could bring me to.

This post is funny but True.

One of my favorite in my collection.

I shot and directed this video for hip hop recording artist, Konata Small. The video was shot on an iphone 7. I wanted to try something different, something creative. I did some test shots while on a visit to NYC. I began editing them on my phone and fell in love with the look and the texture I was able to capture with the iphone. I figured it'd be fun to shoot the whole video with my phone and so we did. We flew back out to NYC and captured the city and made an art piece. I am so happy the way it came out. Thanks Apple.
