There's this one assistant at my job that no one likes and shes extremely incompetent but for some reason the manager wont get rid of her despite multiple complaints from about half of the stylists and all the other the assistants, having to pull her into the office several times to give her warnings about not doing her job well nor professionally, and two of the experienced assistants threatening to quit if shes not fired. A competent manager would have had her out of here months ago, but 'competent manager' is an oxymoron

#it wont affect me anymore in a week and a half but I literally dont understand why she's still here #she has turned people's hair orange by rinsing bleach too soon and turned other's purple by mixing toner wrong #she's fried people's hair with heat and used wrong formulas and shit #like even if a manager doesnt care if their employes get along they should at least care that their customers are getting their hair ruined?#and well she is very vocally anti abortion and will bring it up completely unprompted #and she takes all the used glases and mugs and brings them to the front instead of back to the sink so I have to go and collect like 20 - 30 #glasses and wash them by hand because they run out of glasses and need them and because I didn't know there was so many being hid from me #I couldnt put them in the dishwasher and do things the easy way
