The delightful pirouette of her twin as they waved their goodbyes, with a tip of her large brimmed cap, was the only thing that provoked a genuine smile from the woman. She released the pose she had adopted, statuesque at the door of their estate, herself waving a small poised wave. The curls of her lips, exposing a flash of her elven fangs as she smiled the couple off. A strong breeze pushed itself against the magistrix's petite frame, puppeting the strands of her snow white hair to dance in the air. As the two figures blurred and distorted out of view, a single, cold tear ran down her cheek. She collapsed under the gravity, both of guilt and jealousy. Normally an elegantly poised and composed woman, keeping her robes pristine, she disregarded the state of her clothing as her knees crashed into the floor. She swore under her breath, tongue lingering on the name of the man who was prying away her jewel from her. - i don't know, writing depressing shit tonight for some reason.

Conure courtship rituals are honestly so cute. Even just their general flock interactions are extremely cute. what a charming little species.
