Burn Like Fire, Burn Like Fire In Cairo

A lot has happened, I guess? I finished school, have reached the age of 20, have been diagnosed with a fun new chronic illness which I had to learn how to navigate, I have a dual study of law going on now (not quite law, but close enough) and will (hopefully) have a stable job in like 1,5 years... So yea, a lot has happened. I always kind of wanted to continue this blog, but I eventually completely abandoned it, partly because I didn't need escapism anymore (which largely fueled my obsession) and partly because as much as I don't actually stand behind that take, I felt that I needed to "grow up" (which obviously is nonsense).

But most importantly, in all honesty, social media had begun to make me feel anxious.

And I have no idea why, because all of you here have been nothing but kind to me.

And I thought, why not tell you all that I'm still alive and well, going on about my life and doing my best? I certainly still have a lot of love for The Cure and Robert in me, so I might start (re)posting some stuff again, but I also might not. I might fade into obscurity again, I might not. It really depends on how much is going in my life at the moment.

So, hello again, I guess :)
