Bad Squiddo picked up all the Ristul stuff a year or so back, and I’ve been meaning to pick some up ever since.

Begining of the month, I ordered a couple of sets to use as Street Furniture – Cargo Supplies, Food Supplies and the Pigpen. I was eyeing up the Brewery pack (and still am), but I couldn’t rationale it as well.

I dug my Beastmen out recently. They’re an army I’ve always loved, and the first I started when I came back to the hobby.

New Warmachine stuff! First of all, filling out the gap in my Mercenaries list with Fiona The Black and a Swashbuckler

Fiona was tricky – trying to include enough green that she fit with the rest of my army, while still keeping her dark enough that the name fits. I worked a shade darker on the greys of her armour, and that appears to have done the job.

I’ve wanted to pick up some of the 4grounds Mordanburg buildings since they came out – I have some longhouses, and some Anglo-Danish hovels, but the Mordanburg ones are above and beyond.

And as I’ve been blitzing through terrain, now seemed like a good time. I’m kinda hoping I can build up to a whole village by the time quarantine lifts and my WFRP party come back to in-person.

An ongoing project, I picked up the majority of the Bad Squiddo Shieldmaidens back when they kickstarted. I’d painted most of them, with just the mounted Shieldmaidens (a later purchase) and spear infantry outstanding. And yesterday I finished them! Which means I now have something resembling a full army.

Also some of my new forest disks, and some 4ground houses, mostly to mask all the crap on…

These are entirely Because They’re Cool models – I was hoping to pick up another Trencher unit, but none I wanted were in stock, and these are all Really Cool. And Caine might get some actual, theoretical play with the Gravediggers.
