Step one: Download Andrew's Studio | Sims 4 Studio or Download - MEGA

Step two: Move the pose player to the mods folder

Step three: Download poses to your liking for the pose player

Step four: Go into the game, click a sim (in game), select "Pose By Name", Copy and Paste a pose.

For example: I would copy the folder name | a_CAS_trait_active_x | then paste it and hit the check mark

Step five: Pose <3
