Alright, I’m not sure whether or not this has been done before, but I’ve done some research about the meaning of flowers Noiz used for the bouquet he gave to Aoba for Aoba’s birthday skit in Re:connect.

The flowers I’ve identified in Noiz’s bouquet are white camellia and forget-me-not.

Now, besides the obvious fact that these flowers matches Aoba’s colour scheme, both of these flowers have meanings in both Western flower language and hanakotoba (Japanese flower language). Please be reminded that I am not an expert in the matter and the information I give is based on articles I found on the Internet so if I have made some mistakes, you may correct me with more accurate info.

So here are the meanings behind the flowers:

White camellia

Western flower language: Adoration, Perfection, Loveliness

Hanakotoba: I’ll be waiting for you

Forget-me-not

Western flower language: Memories

Hanakotoba: True love

There is one more thing: the number of flowers in a bouquet. The number significance varies from one culture to another, and unfortunately I haven’t found any information on it in hanakotoba, but I want to point out  Chinese beliefs. Text in italics is what I got on Russian sites, and I’m not sure if the same is true to European flower language.

So there are 10 flowers in a bouquet (3 forget-me-nots and 7 camellias)

Western meaning: 3- Stand for the three words in “I Love You” / I want to travel with you to far-away lands. 7-I’m infatuated with you / This amount of flowers  commonly gifted on engagement . 10- Perfect lover. You are pretty. / I want to do something for you.

Chinese meaning: 3 I love you. 7 I feel happy when I’m with you. 10 Perfect love

"girl versions" as in literally a woman cosplaying a male character?

because that’s on an entirely different level. Regardless of anyone’s view on cisswapping/genderbending, there is absolutely no acceptable reason to be against someone cosplaying who or what they want with any gender/race/weight/etc.

If by "girl version" you mean, “this cosplayer has short shorts on and I’m uncomfortable with how feminine that appears”
