Blue is a boy but also feminine and elegant

Orange is a girl but I have seen a ton of people mistake her for a boy because aside from being referred to with feminine terms there’s nothing particularly “girly” about her and she presents pretty androgynously (ik this one and the above are sort of a stretch but they still work imo)

Yellow is implied to only be a boy because he wanted to be a cowboy specifically

Aqua is a girl because Seth told her to be if I remember correctly

Seth can’t decide whether they want to be a boy or a girl

Green’s gender is “chef”

Pink (the ghost) is a trans girl and Mew Mew (the body) uses she/it pronouns iirc

the idea for this is that.. just Togore (about 6 yo) finds himself in the flower king dark fountain. he’s also heavily selectively mute.

I thought about this with the flowers having been rejected so badly by Asgore, but still decide to act the way they would’ve wanted him to be towards Togore. Also, these are usually things that people wouldn’t reassure a disabled/autistic child with (especially with blue, as most people will take his selective mutism as being rude)
