Soda: Syd made a cola-braised short ribs with risotto in s1, it's the meal she gave to the reviewer. Or maybe it's called that bc she loves soda. I think this will be a Syd-centric episode.

Lamb: Carm has been stuck on that lamb for the last three seasons, lol. Two of them were inspired by Syd's outfits (the bandana in s3 and the green dress she wore at the wedding).

Actually, they gifted a jacket to the filming crew, they printed a menu on the back, one of the dishes is "lamb/aligot". Syd and Carm collaborating on a new menu, I can't wait to see it.

Mint: That one is tricky. We know Emmanuel always orders the same thing at a steak house, mint gelee (Carmy finally meeting Syd's dad?👀). But we also know Claire used to steal a lot of gum (mint?), so Carm might break up with her and meet Emmanuel later in the episode.

They also use mint in some dishes, the sprite (I really hope no ones pregnant) and I think the truffles they're making in the teaser could be mint-flavored. @chefkids pointed out that the french laundry offers some to their guests, I checked, and they actually have mint ones.

Since it's their last service, maybe they're making them as a goodbye gift.

Ribs: Short ribs, it comes up a lot, but with the exception of the short ribs risotto, I can't think of anything memorable🤔

Raspberries: I don't know if there's raspberry in any of their dishes, but it could have another meaning. We know there's an episode where Donna visits Nat, so the title might not be about the actual fruit but rather "blowing raspberries".

Focaccia: It was on the menu for friends & family, actually I think it never left the menu.

Caramel: In s3, Marcus asks Carm the recipe for it, and he tells him to check his notebooks. That's also how Marcus learns about leger de main.

The original beef of Chicagoland: No needs to explain for that one lol, and I can't wait to see Ebra's project coming to life. Definitely not ready for this beautiful show to end.

I genuinely can not stand when there’s a black character in a TV show, especially if it’s a black woman character and she’s shipped with a well-known (male) character that’s beloved by the fandom, but the fandom treats her horribly.

I’ve seen this with every fandom I have been in, and each time it aggressively gets worse. For example, Damon and Bonnie from The Vampire Diaries. I have not read the books, but I have been told they did get together in them, and if I am not mistaken, I believe Ian was at least interested in the idea of Bonnie and Damon being together. When watching the show, you can see the chemistry; it just rubs off on each other. Yes, everyone knows Damon is a problematic character, but when he cares, he cares hard, and that especially goes for Bonnie. I wish the writers (Julie Plec) weren’t cowards and allowed us as an audience to see that side of their relationship blossom.
