I think after finishing my S2 rewatch my fave is Louis like cmonnn he’s so cool I love when he goes on murder sprees

i think admission of any guilt, even if he spun it as feeling responsible for not stopping him from rebel behavior, is too much exposed weakness for snow

its possible lost hero has the weakest writing of the five since it was a complete change in pov style so it could take a while (and some practice returning to percy) to get the writing style locked down.

i find emma so compelling with how she has clearly suffered from mental illness and how the relationships around her do not share compassion for it. its so interesting the comparison of planned violence on oneself or others, both will get you institutionalized! the group i saw this movie with agreed with the characters that this planned violence onto others is so horrible and comparable with the actual enacted harm the other three characters admit to. yes emma’s plan is bad, so is planning to kill yourself! but she didn’t follow through AND realized how wrong she was AND became an advocate!!! she does so much repentance it pmo the way the other characters and my audience hold so much gravity to the unactioned plans of a mentally ill fifteen years old, fifteen years before the plot!!

myki def deserved that win her karen energy was astounding and she had some really funny improv moments
