Busy weekend, two back to back wrestling shows, a wedding, and gym between when i can.

1000pt league game yesterday against Blood Angels. Did another squig list with a double brick of squighog boyz, a kill rig and hunta rig both full of BSB, one lead by a beastboss the other by a painboss. First time running PB or HR because of singleton restrictions until next cycle, and this is exactly 1000pts. Painboss felt okay. I think he could stand to hit on 3+ or ideally be a support character (probably in new codex). Hunta rig felt fine. The Wurrtower is probably worth the 20pts and I think the HR would be a more interesting option if it held 22 models either to get 2 full units or if PB becomes a support character running a full brick could be fun.

My list for the first 750pt game of our 11e escalation league, going hard on the squig theme. My clan's warlord, ZaggaZ Splitwit, has arrived on Armageddon ahead of the rest of his warband to get first dibs looting scrap and establish a foothold on the planet. He scours the landing area atop his personal armored squiggoth, Storm Krusha, followed by a stampede of squighog boyz while a squad of squigs bound behind. His entourage of loot snaggas lie in wait inside the squiggoth, ready to charge out of its giant maw if needed.

Im excited to try this list. Gonna be rough with just 4 units but well see how it goes, that big unit of squighogs is gonna be tough to chew through at 750.

Needs a bit of finishing up paint wise but theyre table ready so im happy :)

A lot of the feedback on army color was to do both so i think i will.

The fluff of my army has always been two separate mobs who joined ranks when their leaders fused together in a freak tellyporta accident so having two schemes works well for them and fits the whole Gork/Mork thing.

All the Deathskull/mek/walker stuff as the blue/cool color scheme and all the squig/vehicles/nob stuff in the yellow/warm color scheme.

Kinda considering doing the blue for my whole army instead of the yellow/orange. Theyre squig themed so ive always liked the warm tones but i really like how the cool tones i did for our store copy of armageddon look and i do like deathskulls. I could also do both and make the bad moony units yellow and the deathskully units blue?
