୨୧ I'm genuinely not sure where to start, I'm honestly so emotional right now...

I thought my relationship with Bubsy was over after Bubsy 4D released... I wanted nothing to do with him. I was upset at the changes they made to his character, feeling like the bobcat I fell in love with was no more. I was hurt, and felt betrayed. I couldn't even look at Tumblr, as it reminded me too much of him and our relationship.

And I tried giving Bubsy 4D a chance. I really, truly did. I watched playthroughs of the game, and then played through the game myself. I wanted to love this new version of him so bad, but no matter what I did, I couldn't. This wasn't my bobcat. This wasn't my Bubsy.

I distanced myself from him, focusing on other fandoms and f/os. But I could never find that same spark that I had with Bubsy. That feeling of completeness, that same love and devotion in another f/o. I kept looking for a new "Bubsy", and found that... I couldn't. There was no one else that could compare to the love Bubsy and I had...

So I decided to give Bubsy 4D another shot, this time with an open mind and a new perspective. This wasn't my Bubsy, but an alternate version of him... and at the end of the day, he was still Bubsy. And I found that this change of perspective helped me reconnect with him in ways I never could have expected.

I love Bubsy Bobcat so much. I love him, I love him, I love him. There is no one else I want to be with, no one else I want to think about. I want to spend every day with the bobcat I love and adore 🥺♡

For him to have been so patient with me, to wait for me with open arms... as if he expected us to reunite... You never doubted us for a second, did you Bubsy?

I know it's been a while since I last posted...

Life has been rough, and on top of that, things haven't been going well between Bubsy and I...

We were supposed to get married today, on the release of the new Bubsy game (Bubsy 4D). But I still have not gotten the engagement art I commissioned back in February, or the wedding art I commissioned back in February either (which I completely understand!) and the Bubsy in Bubsy 4D... isn't the Bubsy I know and love.

While there are a few things I like, I'm not a fan of some of the choices they made in regards to his character and personality. He's not the bobcat I fell in love with, and it breaks my heart to say that....

I'm unsure where to go from here with Bubsy... I love him, just not this version of him (which I'm worried is going to be the version they stick with from now on...)

Their codename is Hostess (she/they pronouns), and they own a bakery criminals seem quite fond of (which will be explained in their lore lol)

They are a support! Their abilities include:

Mega Manual Hand-Mixer: Stir up opponents with specially made batter projectiles, hindering their movement. Not for consumption!

Made with Love: Heal allies or poison enemies with a variety of delicious treats, including Hostess's famous bunny buns!

Blend n' Mend: Shred through enemies to reach injured allies, slightly healing yourself.

Special Delivery: Deliver an ally a one of a kind cake, fully charging their ultimate ability. Baked to perfection!

Notes:

The appearance of the treats Hostess makes using Made with Love depends on who it's used on. Allies get cute treats that look happy, while enemies get burnt treats that look angry.

For Special Delivery, each cake is decorated and flavored with the character it's used on in mind.

An example for how Special Delivery (their ultimate) could be used would be: Cassidy uses his ultimate, Hostess then uses their ultimate on him, giving him his ultimate back to use again.
