ENCOURAGE POSITIVITY & BANISH NEGATIVITY SPELL JAR
You will need:
Raspberry Candle (patience, healing)
Charcoal (filtering negativity)
Sunflower petals & seeds (positivity & growth)
Lavender (peace, purification)
Himalayan pink rock salt (protection, purification)
Benzoin resin (purification)
Orange oil (positivity, uplifting)
Lavender oil (protection, serenity, calmness)
Snowflake Obsidian (filter negativity, balancing)
Sunstone (positivity, balancing, cleansing)
Jar
- Firstly, create a good space to work! Put on music, wear comfy/ritual clothing, meditate with the crystals you plan to use, put on some ambient lighting… do whatever you need to get your headspace aligned with your intent.
- Set up all your materials at your work-space/altar.
- Cast your circle in whatever manner you do :)
- Light your candle.
- Start filling your jar, focusing your intent, and repeat to yourself throughout (out loud or in your head, whatever suits you most):
“I will be Calm with myself,
I will be Kind to myself,
I will be Courageous in my heart,
I will be Grateful to my bones.”
- Focus on the purpose of each jar element and it’s purpose in the spell as you add them. I start with the Charcoal and end with the Snowflake Obsidian & Sunstone.
- Finish the jar by sealing it with the candle wax (I added a sigil to the jar too, but this is optional!).
- Close the circle :)
Enjoy, my pagan witchy babes <3
Something I made. I found these dragonfly wings on my balcony and decided to frame them. I found an old russian instruction on a film camera and decided it would be a great background

Witchcraft for the Chronically Fatigued
Fatigue looks at things such as tiredness, drowsiness, exhaustion, weakness, lethargy and memory issues and says “I can do all that and more!”. It leaves you feeling utterly trapped in your own body; unable to move, or even think at times. It fluctuates, but is always looming.
While this post is open for all, it is written for those who truly relate to this all-consuming feeling (due to ME/CFS, other chronic illnesses, mental illness, or undiagnosed causes). Not all of these may work for you, but hopefully they inspire something that will. For general low energy witchcraft, check out my Bedridden Witch Series!
As always: witchcraft is to be used in addition to proper medical care, treatment and medication; not as a sole alternative.
To draw energy:
If you cannot produce your own, magically created will be just fine!
Crystals.
I tend to use clear quartz for an energy boost, but trust your intuition; if something calls to you, it’s for a reason.
Keep it near your bedside table, under your pillow, hold it in your hand or place it on your body where you feel the fatigue most strongly centered.
When on the go, carry it in your pocket or wear as jewelry. If it is larger, carry in a bag and hold it when you need it.
Charge using a charging board or the elements.
Crystals for fatigue
Waters.
Physically touching water brings me energy. I keep jars of snow, rain, storm, river, stream (etc, etc.) water and will dip my fingers in it and mark that parts of my body where the fatigue feels strongest. Be aware of pollutants and do not ingest!
The same method can be done with tap water (or water charged under the sun or moon)
Drink sun water or sun tea (start with drinking safe water and let it absorb the energies of the sun).
Some people find moon water to be energizing (same process as above, just with the moon).
See also: Bedridden witch: Bath edition.
Other elements.
Note what is energizing to you and what is draining to you. Consider: the sun, moon (and it’s phases), weather (rain, overcast, snow, storm, wind), cold vs. hot, the earth, fire, air, etc.
Once you find which elements are energizing to you, find ways to incorporate them into your life. Examples: jars of different waters or soils, rocks collected from places, candles, and more.
I usually draw energy up from the earth by placing my palms flat towards the earth by the sides of my body. So if I was lying down, my arms would be at my sides with my palms facing down.
Expose yourself or protect yourself. I’ll use my personal experiences as an example here… Rain often energizes me. When it rains, I’ll open my windows, and if I’m able I’ll step outside or collect some water. On the flipside, full moons often drain me. I’ll close my windows and curtains, hang an extra blanket over my bedroom window, use water to paint protective sigils on the window and increase my wards.

Practicing the craft with energy limitations:
Tips and tricks:
I highly recommend preparing things when your energy allows, so it’s always ready to go when you need it (and isn’t dependent on current energy levels).
Cleansing: Let other things do your work for you. Open your windows/get fresh air, steam or smoke, sound, etc. Bedridden energy cleansing.
Divination: Use apps when physical movement is hard. One card spreads, shorten your pendulum so you don’t need to lift your arm, divine using the elements, etc. Bedridden divination.
Spells: Make your own spell kits. Spell jars and sachets are also an excellent way to already have the spell prepared, set it up so you can simply shake it to re/activate the spell.
Warding: Create physical ties for your wards that aren’t reliant on consistent upkeep (as a failsafe), and reinforce your other ward layers when you have the energy. I create far more layers than I need so when I am unable to reinforce them, they still protect me.
Worship: Compile prayers and devotions somewhere you can easily find and read them, have a wall altar for easy maintenance, keep offerings simple (a glass of water, for example). Bedridden worship.
Many more tips and tricks in these posts:

Fridays are for Freyja!🍷
A simple offering for Aphrodite🌹
Aphrodite loves perfume.
🌹Don’t forget to invoke her, flatter her and talk to her. Take a dried rose petal (or paper, different flower petal but rose is significantly a flower of her) and spray perfume on it. Leave it on your altar.
🌹Another perfume offering could simply be you using it. Spray perfume on your body and offer it to her. You can say ‘I offer this perfume to my beautiful goddess Aphrodite. May my scent be as lusty and magickal as hers’

Bottled Offering for Freyja 💗
I wanted to add something to my altar that served as a sort of ‘permanent’ offering to Freyja, helping our relationship to grow. Inside are things that I find represent her nicely.
💕 Cinnamon ~ for strength and warmth
💕 Pink Salt ~ for love and purification
💕 Thyme ~ for magick and strength
💕 Mint ~ for sensuality and desire
💕 Rose Petals ~ for love, romance and sexuality
💕 Rose Quartz ~ as the ultimate love stone, they are perfect for her
I also burn frankincense for her, as it reminds me of her golden tears.
As I added each ingredient to the bottle, I told her why they reminded me of her. I then sealed the bottle with a kiss. Finally, with wax. I closed my circle and I felt her leave, but not without a warm embrace. 💗
~ Please do not remove caption ~
moodboard: freyja (freya)
↦ freyja is the norse goddess associated with love, sex, beauty, fertility, gold, seiðr (sorcery), war, and death. Freyja is the owner of the necklace Brísingamen, rides a chariot pulled by two cats, is accompanied by the boar Hildisvíni, and possesses a cloak of falcon feathers.
“It’s time to make yourself proud… and everyone else a little nervous.”
— Freyja, probably.
Ways to honour Freyja🗡🐈💛
*These are my personal associations with Freyja. Please keep negative comments to yourself.
Volunteer at animal shelters/charities. Adopt or sponsor a cat if you can!
Feed your local strays- put out food and water for them, especially in the summer and winter.
Practice self care. Look after yourself and learn to love yourself. Take long hot baths, deep condition your hair, wear face masks. Pamper yourself!
Read and learn about Freyja in the Sagas, Poetic Edda and Prose Edda.
Enchant a piece of jewellery to shine bright like Freyja’s Brísingamen. Feel absolutely killer when you’re wearing it.
Remember that Freyja is also a goddess of war and death. Ask her to watch over those who are fighting and need her protection.
Similarly, be kind but be fierce. Don’t declaw Freyja or yourself.
Wear lots of gold, amber, reds, and yellows.
Take part in a falconry session! Or go bird watching for birds of prey.
Enchant your make-up with glamour spells to enhance your look.
Research the runes Fehu (ᚠ )and Kenaz (ᚲ ). Use them in your craft and to decorate your altar.
Be lustful, sensual and passionate. Dedicate an orgasm to her, whether through sex or masturbation.
Work out! Keep yourself physically strong and active.
Decorate your house or altar with crystals (roze quartz, amber, gold, carnelian, citrine), cat statues, shed cat fur/claws/whiskers, and flowers (lily of the valley, snowdrops, primrose, cowslips, and daisies).
Leave offerings of roses, honey, wine, mead, catnip, wheat, strawberries, and pork.
SOMETIMES,
Worshipping Freyja comes in the form of screaming “I’m not fucking AFRAID of you,” in the faces of your abusers.
Worshipping Freyja comes in the form of refusing to be “palettable,” instead only to be handled by those who truly can appreciate and deserve you.
Worshipping Freyja comes in the form of looking life in the face, fearless and by her side, and tackling your adversaries head-on.
Worshipping Freyja is knowing, no matter what, that you are that. Bitch.
