DID YOU GUYS SEE THE AMULET MOVIE CASTING ANNOUNCMENT?!

This piece is heavily inspired by/ heavily references by Alexandre Cabanel (1847). I've seen other people in other fandoms draw their characters as this painting, so I wanted to also. I feel like it fits Emily.

I've also drawn this before. Never posted it anywhere. I want to show it here, too, as like a progress thing. I wanna say it's three years old? Not totally sure though. Here it is;

I like the fit that max had at the end of book 3/ beginning of book four so uh that's what I drew him in. I really like the giant shoulder pads that kazu has in a lot of his designs and I think they need to make a comeback.
