Rewatching Voltron Legendary Defender and omg the Krolia story gets me every time. Cause what do you mean Krolia left her baby to protect him and his father, assuming that he would have a happy life raised by his loving father only for him to die when Keith is young. She doesn’t want him involved in the war only for him to get involved as a teen partially because of the Blue Lion she protected. He becomes a paladin, then leaves voltron (which is dangerous for him) for the infinitely more dangerous (self sacrifice and lack of sentient lion robots) blades because of the blade she left him. Just imagining her perspective is UGH.
