I cannot tell you how many times my anxiety has caused me stay home from work, school,socializing. It's real and it's hard for people to understand the tolls it takes on your life. I'm not asking for attention, Or trying to blow you off or don't care about things, it's the fact that when I think of one thing it webs into many different thoughts and questions and causes me stress. I am trying though, please believe me, I am. And with time it will get better. Just remember, anxiety is flaw in chemistry not character #mentalhealthawareness
