Currently obsessed with: Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, talking about but not actually going hiking, looking up baby name meanings while actively trying not to have a baby, wondering does this homeopathic crap work or should I really just get that script for xanax, how I'm not as skinny as I was last year and I want to be but actively doing nothing to remedy the situation, remembering that there are months where you save the money and there are months where you spend the money, obsessing over whether I am a bad friend or a normal human who sometimes prefers laying under the covers alone to hanging out with others, and chick-fil-a's spicy southwestern salad.

Happy Chanukah, guys! I told Jordan we were making important holiday memories. Also, sneak peak of some big kitchen changes!

Jordan and I used to argue a lot about my always being in charge of the cooking until it finally clicked that he didn't want to cook because he didn't feel like he knew how to do it well. So now we're on week 3 of trying Blue Apron. It feels a bit extravagant because it is - I mean, they send you everything you need in the mail. I feel like it's pretty great for teaching people simple cooking techniques. Sometimes he doesn't know what to do and that's ok sometimes I don't know what I'm doing - that's what Google is for! This was actually my least favorite meal we had but it's all I photographed.

I spend approximately half of my waking hours in the office/doing my job. It's one of the most major things in my life and it's a nice and easy discussion point for new acquaintances. People seem to think this is in poor taste though. I guess I don't get it. Maybe you're a stay at home mom or dad, maybe you're unemployed. That's ok! I'm not digging on you I'm just curious and work is easy to talk about.
