when ever i look for eating disorder movies it’s always like the same 3 shitty movies so here i am suggesting a new movie that’s like actually good. it’s literally a musical about mental health recovery 👌🏻👌🏻
so this movie is actually so good, it’s one of my favorites. The main character, Eve (played by Emily Browning) has anorexia and she’s in the hospital. I love the way the movie portrays her and her eating disorder bc it’s clearly there but it’s not like the only plot point.
Eve is a really cool character, she’s got many different dimensions and and she’s so cute. (also lowkey thinspo)
This film also stars Olly Alexender, who is so funny and adorable, and Hannah Murray who is also amazing.
This film is also kinda a musical. The main character Eve is a song writer and her and the other two main characters start a band and the music in this movie is literally amazing and so are the musical numbers
It’s also hella aesthetic 👌🏻
