Strolling through the city // open
It had been about an hour since sheâd finished her lunch at the bustling cafe, but the time seemed to be flying by as the teen wandered around the unfamiliar streets. The attempt to get to know them in one day wasnât quite working as well as she thought it might; her nerves werenât helping her ability to focus, that was for sure. Fortunately, it seemed as if sheâd reached what seemed to be the shopping district. Store windows lined with things she could only dream of being able to afford on the allowance of a studentâŚ
âEverything is so nice hereâŚâ Itsuki whispered, to nobody in particular. There were plenty of people around, but they were all in their own little world just as she was, practically ghosts passing by as they were reflected in the storefront glass. All except one, but she didnât notice the person who had stopped behind her, not until he tapped her on the shoulder, jarring her from the thoughts of new clothes and maybe moreâ
âPharmacyâ! OhâŚâ The poor thing had to catch herself, nearly letting a yelp slip out at the sight of a stranger. A tall stranger, for that matter. âPlease excuse me, Iâm not used toâ⌠meeting new people so abruptly. Unfortunately Iâve just moved here as well, Iâm not sure where it is myselfâŚâ Â
That wasnât much of an excuse not to help, though. If anything, sheâd been raised to do whatever possible to help others.
âIf it isnât an intrusion, though, perhaps I could accompany you in looking for one⌠in a downtown area like this, surely there must be a small one for tourists!â
Tsukitachi couldnât help but take away his cross-looking expression. He had been rather peeved at these sudden allergies but it didnât give him any excuse to look unpleasant. He chuckles a bit at the other girlâs enthusiasm. The company of the youthful was something he enjoyed as he was rolling in his late 20â˛s. They made him feel old at times, even though he made his other companions around his age feel older. He had an abundance of energy, but noticing that the older that he became the less energy he had.
He shook his head at the unpleasant thoughts of aging so drastically. It wasnât exactly necessary to think of such things anyway.
âIsnât that unfortunate for me...â He replied, a bit disheartened with the uncertainty of it all. But the next offer was what truly had his interest. A softer expression took place and an open-mouthed grin painted his features.
âIf you are certain you want to accompany an old man to the pharmacy, then I wonât decline your offer, young lady.â He hummed, rather charmed by the bustling of the small shopping district.
âPerhaps youâre right, there must be one around here- and if not... I have surely lost my way.â
