With so many great memes each week, it’s easy to forget the past and the golden ages of memeing.  This week,we’re celebrating the old and ancient (and probably best forgotten) history of Toshi City Meme Sundays!  Each prompt is pulled from a previous Meme Sunday, so be sure to carefully read each one when sending and receiving them!

Send my muse a Valentines Day subject matter for either a drabble, or headcanon (or both if you’re feeling creative)!

Chocolate:  Say you love chocolate, everyone loves chocolate.  Write a drabble of no particular length, about one of our muses giving the other chocolate.  Alternatively, is your muse usually on the receiving or giving end of chocolate?  If they get it, do they get a lot?  If they give it, do they buy it, or make it themselves?

Poems:  Roses are red, violets are blue, the mayor probably smells like bird poop… oh...oh no… I.. I’m so sorry… I’m sure you smell wonderful.  Write a drabble about one of our muses trying to write a poem about the other.  Alternatively, is your muse good with words?  Are they a natural poet, or more fit to write an instruction manual?

Cards:  They come in all shapes, sizes, and content.  Sometimes they’re funny, sometimes not so much….  Show us a slamming drabble about one of our muses trying to pick a card out for that special someone, and the other trying to help.  Alternatively, does your muse try to stand out, or do they prefer to take the back seat on things?

Flowers:  Screw chocolate, everyone loves flowers-- they are the dominate gift by far.  Of course, floral can be given in love, or friendship, so show me a sick drabble with one of our muses giving the other flowers of some type.  Alternatively, is your muse a hopeless romantic?  Are they aware of it?

Wine: Red or white, it’s still ok I guess. If you’re into that kind of thing.  Really meant for the classy sophisticates, which our city has none of.  In an attempt to make us look better, write a drabble about our muses spending an evening alone (with each other). Alternatively, how would your muse spend an evening completely alone, with a bottle of wine?

Dinner: Beef steak and rice pilaf!  Give me the good stuff!  Like, a drabble about one of our muses treating the other to a meal (of your choice). Alternatively, does your muse cook, or do they tend to buy already made food for their meals?

Kiss: kissy kissy goo goo poo poo  Do we want another kiss drabble?  Sure, except this time, one of our muses has walked in on the other practicing their kisses… in whatever way people “practice” these things.. Alternatively, is your muse affectionate?  Do they like to give and/or receive affection?

Jewelry: This diamond, flawless. My diamond, flawless. My rock, flawless.  This rock, flawless.  Though, jewelry and diamonds are the only forms of gifts that can be given.  Write a drabble where one of our muses surprises the other with a gift. Alternatively, does your muse have expensive taste?  Is there anything they’d pay any amount of money for?  Real or fake?

Can you paint with all the colours of the wind?  Would you like to?  Should there even be colour in the wind?  This week is another fun round of what we like to call “Would You Rather” a la Toshi City!  Send my muse any of these popping colours, and I’ll have to chose if I’d rather answer the question, or face the m!a.

Red:  The colour of passion; whether it be good passion or bad passion, nothing like a little red to get you fired up.  What’s the one sure-fire way to get your muse fired up?  Not feeling like being personal?  FINE! For the next 3 hours you’re seeing red and red-y to charge; Mr/Ms Passionate (good or bad).

Blue: As our ex chief of police always said, “I’m blue da ba dee da ba die.”  Blue, a calming colour but also quite sorrowful..  For the next 2 hours, you just.. c-can’t sto--stop *sniff* crying.  If you aren’t the crying type (ugh), then tell us the 100% always-works way to make your muse cry like a baby.

Yellow:  Chipper and bright, sure to make everyone happier!  What’s something that will always bring a smile to your muse’s face?  Or else, for the next 6 hours, you’re determined to be the happiest person in Toshi, and out to make everyone else one too.

Violet: One little spark, of inspiration~♪  Is at the heart, of all creation~♫!  Is your muse creative or have a vivid imagination?  What’s their idea of an absolutely dream-life?  How do they feel about being the next Monet or DaVinci for the next 4 hours, if being a dreamer isn’t for them?

Green: Still a bit smaller than you like?  Maybe you should wear more green; you might grow!  What’s something your muse feels like they could still get better/do more growing at?  Too perfect for us peasants?  Then for the next 24 hours, you seem to have grown… at least twice your size!!

Orange:  The colour of socialization!  Get chatty on it.  Is your muse a social butterfly, or a social recluse?  Is there anything behind why they’re like that?  Not feeling social?  Surprise!  For the next 8 hours, if your muse is social, they are now a recluse, and vice versa!

Black:  Alone, destitute, and without a friend..  Is your muse secretive?  Are there any secrets they’d never tell a soul, even on their deathbed?  What about secrets they have, that are silly?  Would they like to be secretive?  Because for the next 3 hours, they could be the more secretive, slightly suspicious person in the city!

White: They say white is the colour of being pure and of utmost perfection.  Is your muse a beautiful cinnamon roll too good for this world, too pure?  Do they think they are?  If unsure, feel free to spend the next 24 hours thinking they are the epitome of perfection.

Gold:  Cash money cha-ching cha-ching.  Does your muse like money?  How do they stand in terms of economical class?  We understand talking about how broke you might be is rough, so if that’s too much for you, for the next 4 hours, your muse certainly seems to think they are the richest person in town.

Silver:  Reading this article, silver apparently exumes feminine energy, and has a lot of ebb and flow.  Is your muse smooth with the ladies (or men, whichever they are interested in), or are they quick to lean on a door frame and fall on their face?  Hit a little too close to home for you?  Then for the next 6 hours, your muse is out to hit on, confess, and fall in love with every single person they meet. 

In the history of our beautiful city, we’ve seen a wide variety of birds, besides our favorite, the dove. Many of these other birds were seasonal, and some of them have blended into our community, their status as ex. birds completely unknown to those around them..  What makes these birds so special?  Well, they can send SMS and texts..…

Everyone loves sweets, don’t even deny it (looking at you, yeah, you.), why fight it?  The only thing better than candy, is candy given to you by someone else; friend or stranger.  So send my muse some sweet treats for an even sweeter (or sicker) drabble.

Zaotang: A popular candy used in China, that’s given to the kitchen god right before the new year starts.  Everyone has to make sacrifices, so write a drabble about a time one of our muses had to make a sacrifice for the other.  The mayor loves your tears, so the sadder the better!

Nata de Coco: A sweet jelly often serves with things such as pickles seems a bit strange, but at least this tasty treat is also enjoyed with juices and ice cream.  What about our muses?  Do they mix and match with each other well?  Write a drabble about a time they may not have gone together as well as hoped.

PEZ: No one knows why we like this candy so much— the cute dispensers might be part of it..  you just can’t get enough of all those cheap, plastic candy dispensers that we may act like are pill dispensers.  Give us the ol’ razzle dazzle in the form of a drabble where one of our muses collects something strange, and the other’s commentary on it.

Rolo: Time jumping, creepish fake brothers aside, literally nothing beats tiny caramels covered in chocolate, individually wrapped in gold foil.  Pound us out a drabble where your muse takes revenge on something my muse did; serious or petty.

Red Vines: What the hell can’t they do?  Other than actually taste good, of course… sad imitation of another popular red licorice candy.  Write a drabble where one of our muses overcome the impossible, but at what cost?  None other than an embarrassing situation.  Your shame, is our nector.

Candy Cigarettes: Because pretending to smoke via hardened sugar sticks is almost as cool and health threatening as actually smoking.  Don’t actually light these, kids.  Write a drabble about one of our muses trying to look cool and impress the other.

Hi-Chew: What is so irresistible about these chewy, fruity treats?  Well, Toshi City knows all about fruit— we work hard to earn the title “sausage city”.  But did you know this treat was originally made to be edible chewing gum?  Write a drabble about our muses inventing some kind of iconic, ground-breaking new invention for the better of our beautiful, and slightly fruity, city.

Pink Cadillacs:   Only cool kids drive cool cars; look at Shinichi Kudou, he’s so cool he should probably die of hypothermia.  More importantly, cool cars are best for luxury and showing off just how much time and money you have, via driving an expensive car and wasting gas for no real reason.  Lay down a sick drabble about our muses winning a gracious sum of cash money, and how they spend it.

Peeps: Ayo got myself some sweet kicks with my peeps.  This isn’t middle school, so calling your companions your “peeps” is no longer a sicknasty thing to do.. In fact, it’s downright embarrassing.  Almost as bad as the time you thought these artificial sugar covered marshmallows were the bomb-diggity.  Write a drabble about one of our muses giving the other a surprise that was better in the theory than in practice.

Kiss: The drabble we’ve all been waiting for.  No explanation or wit  needed.  Write a drabble about our muses doing the hokey-pokey… aka kissing, or attempted mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

Nerds:  Because that’s what this city is fully of.  Free drabble request from one nerd to another.

We may have missed new memes last week, but that only gives reason to party and play games this week!  This week's memes are a little different, so be sure to read the whole prompt!

Never Have I Ever:  Name something your muse has never done; no cheesy or weak “never have I ever had blue skin” one, though!  Make it juicy and good, like a steak.

Musical Chairs:  Quickly get to a seat before the music stops!  For the next 2 hours, your muse is extremely restless, can’t stay seated more than a few seconds!

Marry, F*ck, Kill:  This is a team effort, as the asker must supply three people in Toshi City, and your muse lists who they would marry, kill, and do the frickle fracklin’ with.

Questions:  Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead!  How did they die?  Why do you ask?  For the next 3 hours, your muse finds themselves only able to speak in questions!

Would You Rather?:  Your muse is given two less-than-enjoyable scenarios, and must pick which they’d rather experience!  Asker gives the situations.

Two Truths and a Lie:  Can your character pull a lie out of the sea of truths?  Even if they don’t know a character, it’s time to test the hidden detective skills everyone has, as your asker gives you three things about them, and your muse must decide which is a lie.

Charades:  Five syllables, a noun….. Don’t speak!  For the next 24 hours, your muse is finding them a little short of words.. In fact, they can’t speak at all!

Mother May I?:  Everyone is a mother deep down, there’s no denying it.  But how far can they be pushed, as the asker send anything from normal, to even the most ridiculous request, and your muse must decide if they deem it acceptable or not.

Simon Says:  Don’t think, feel.  Actually, just do what your told.  For the next 2 hours, your muse seems to have no common sense, and has to be told to do anything and everything.  Breathing included.

Desert Island:  No one actually wants to go to a desert island, I hope, but what if you woke up on one?  That ol’ toshi city razzle dazzle will get you sometimes.  What’s the three items your muse would bring with them if they were sent to one?

Cracker: You can't be bothered to take your party hat off if you're chatting away. For the next 2 hours, your character can't stop talking about things they are passionate about.

Who Am I?: Time for you to put your shades on and become an Anon. Asker, tell my character three things about you, anonymously, and my muse will try to guess who you are.

Honey I Love You: It’s hard not to smile when someone is trying their very best to make you! ...Or is it? If your character is one of those who smiles rarely, write about them in a situation they would crack a smile. If your character is one of those who smiles constantly, write about them in a situation that would make their smile fade.

Fruitcake: It might be hard, but without it, it just doesn’t feel like Christmas.  For the next 24 hours, your muse is filled with so much holiday cheer, that they just have to let everyone they run into know.

Candy Canes: These fun candies were originally made to silence loud children.  For the next 3 hours, your muse finds themselves unable to speak or make a sound!
