This step will serve several purposes, and should initially be done with a Bubble Bath (Step #13) following.

Enemas can support weight loss, remove toxins and heavy metals from your body, and improve your skin, immunity, blood pressure, and energy levels.

For the purpose of feminization, they will also prepare our body for some fun (to be explained later).

We want to use the disposable kind. They can easily be found at Walmart, CVS, etc., and are inexpensive. Read the directions.

You need to understand how your body will react, in order to be properly prepared for what comes later.

When you eat, your body usually has a steady cycle for processing your meals (example, 1-2 hours after a meal). You want to understand your body cycles, and the things that may affect it.

You want to take the enema AFTER your normal body function. This helps ensure you get the most benefits. Then you should be able to enjoy your Bubble Bath properly.

You want to closely pay attention to your body cycles. As our feminization steps progress, we will add things that will require you to know this. You will want (maybe need) to be able to control your bodily functions for several hours at a time; so you need to pay attention now.

Use your Bubble Baths, evenings weekends; as a testing ground. Without being too explicit, this will help you later on.
