#Britt Gets Fit

My best friend and I had a really good conversation today. We are both working on our fitness goals and talking about summer. She has been extremely into fitness for the last few years and looks AMAZING despite her feeling low on herself right now because she isn’t “working as hard” as she used to. I mentioned I knew how she felt and that I feel like that too and sometimes I feel as though I am the “DUFF” of our group (designated ugly fat friend) and then we cried together for a minute because I just broke down. She explained to me that her and Kenz (our other best friend) do not think I’m the “Duff” and that they fee the same way all of the time. We had a really good heart to heart about this and I realized girls are constantly competing against each other whether we know it or not. That honestly broke my heart.
