Always on the run

Yes I hate the treadmill. But running on the beach here is not what I hoped for... the beach is more like a cove. There is a path along the cliffs, but it's only ~600m in one direction before it ends... So I chose to run on the treadmill. At least today, might try running by the beach/on the trail tomorrow morning. The gym was empty when I started so it wasn't that bad. I also got 30 minutes strength training in. And the light there is 💯 - look at my baby thighs 🙈

I was glad I could get another speed workout in, because we're going on vacation tomorrow 😊 Of course I will take running gear with me, but not two pair of shoes 🙈 And I also don't know if I'll be able to run by the beach. Maybe I'll be stuck with the treadmill.
