how do you think blackstar felt watching rowanstar fail miserably to lead and shadowclan in turn falling apart, knowing that even in his death he was never able to make the right decisions in rebuilding and restoring shadowclan. anyways !! yes having a leader suck balls was a nice change in narrative but really!! did it have to happen to russetfur! why was she the one to lose her job to goofster… anyways the wc fandom likes this pair and i do too, very refreshing to see a tom and a she cat just coexist, also i hc they russetfur was persistently annoyed by blackstar

Just design wise I really enjoy the fact that he is a super dark grey tabby, there are too many medium grey cats, boringgg ;O I think its funny he looks NOTHING like either of his parents lol, i think violetshine got his long fur and extra dark colour in splotches whereas twigbranch is more a solid medium toned hawkwing. also i think im gonna post more general designs, in whatever style comes to me

the biggest a hole of warriors just happens to share the coolest name alongside her brother, i think making her a torbie makes her appear more fox like!

but no srsly i do like how different they look from eachother and their parents, both real and fake lol. i do think this colour palette however fits leafhawk much more than leafcrow and well, lets just say the former is the superior ship hahah (hollyleaf is literally tadpole too its so cute) also that way lionblaze looks like mothwing and is forever haunting her in camp lol

shipping them is fun but its also fun thinking about how at the end of the day chrysalis and cadence probably want eachother dead and would kill one another to protect their people… or ponies… or changelings…. their subjects!!

the idea of fireheart slowly falling in love and going crazy over crazy prophetic manic pixie girl spottedleaf who speaks to him sweetly in his dreams and walks away without even a glance over her shoulder is very enticing. this would have been pretty cool if it was this dazed unrequited love with spottedleaf giving no more than two craps about fireheart, just the safety and goodwill of her clan, synonymous to her character, going down fighting even as a medicine cat.

i think these characters are still so enjoyable because of both fandoms awesome imagination and how much they do with so little, but sadly thats not enough. both warrior cats and httyd have a huge sexism problem, different in ways but ultimately file down to female character not having any agency in their own life. sandstorm fades into the background while astrid stands theres with her optimistic smile and weirdly platinum blonde hair.
