okay... a little nervous to post this. but this is my other au ive had for a bit. it centers around zukka (obviously) and also zuko and hakoda being mentor /student, because I think that's such an interesting concept

I headcanon that Iroh sometimes "sees/hears things" just like Azula does, which led to him developing an interest in spirituality. Like sometimes he really does see spirits and visions because he's extremely in touch with the spiritual but other times it's in his mind. I like to think that the vision he had of conquering Ba Sing Se as a boy that led to his lifelong obsession with the city wasn't even a vision, just something he interpreted as such.

She's one of those people who's always naked. Like if you go into her house, she's in there naked under the covers. She was a naked baby too. It drove Ursa crazy. Imagine your Ursa, sitting there drinking your tea and then your daughter zooms past you with no clothes on. Ursa used to put Azula's night footies on backwards to stop her from taking them off.

She hates when people call her. If you call her, there's a 99% chance she's not picking up. If she picks up, she sounds irritated asf and hangs up wherever she wants

It’s a really stigmatized disorder, unfairly so. It doesn’t make you a bad person. It doesn’t make you unlovable. It just means your emotions are overwhelming and your thoughts are unkind to you, and often it means you weren’t loved the way you should have been growing up.

These aren’t just minor inconveniences. It’s disruptive, and not knowing what causes it can make you feel like shit. Like it’s your fault.

More than that, though. There are things that could, quite literally, get us killed.
