Bread & Mustard

If you know any Gojjamés you know how much we love love love honey. So of course I was giddy as a school girl when I happened upon this stand at Copenhagen Food Fair. HELT is a relatively new company based in western Denmark and is doing some very interesting things with hand crafted Danish honey. According to the owner and beekeeper Anthony, this year is the first time HELT has gone on the trade fair circuit. I tried so many and loved them all so I can’t pick a favorite. I can only say I had to force my self to leave before it became embarrassing  :)
